Lecturer in Creative Media

Candidates will be required to carry out a full range of teaching duties and administration associated with the delivery and management of a range of programmes relating to Art, Design and Media.

This is a temporary position for up to 24 hours per week based in Newtown.

The distribution of hours is as expected to be as follows but may be subject to change:

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday – 6 hours per day

Candidates should have a teaching qualification, along with a level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in the subject area, have relevant experience.

Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English are also required (GCSE or equivalent).

With the impact the digital world is having on teaching and learning candidates will also need to be IT literate to at least level 2.
