To carry out a full range of teaching duties and administration associated with the delivery and management of students’ learning programmes as appropriate.

This is a temporary position based in Neath for up to 24 hours per week.

The initial distribution of hours is as follows (subject to change):

  • Monday
    • 9:00–11:15am: Year 1 ASBW
    • 1:30–3:45pm: Year 1 ASBW
  • Tuesday
    • 9:00–11:15am: Year 1 ASBW
  • Wednesday
    • 9:00–11:15am: Year 1 ASBW
    • 12:30–1:30pm: A2 Tutorial
    • 1:30–3:45pm: Year 1 ASBW
  • Thursday
    • 9:00–11:15am: Year 2 ASBW
    • 1:30–3:45pm: Year 2 ASBW
  • Friday
    • 9:00–11:15am: Year 1 ASBW
    • 1:30–3:45pm: Year 1 ASBW

Candidates should possess a level 6 qualification (e.g. Degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline, have relevant experience, hold a teaching qualification and be able to deliver to the Levels outlined above.

Candidates should also have a level 2 qualifications in both Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) and with the impact the digital world is having on teaching and learning, will need to be IT literate to at least level 2.

Candidates must hold an enhanced DBS on update service and must be registered with the EWC as Lecturer in Further Education.
