Candidates will be required to carry out a full range of teaching duties and administration associated with the delivery and management of Computing & IT programmes including knowledge of Unity and a range of other programmes.

This is a temporary position for up to 24 hours per week based at the Newtown College (SY16 4HU).

The distribution of hours is as expected to be as follows but may be subject to change:

• Monday:             09:00 – 16:00      Level 2 Games Design      4 hours
• Tuesday:            09:00 – 16:00      Level 3 BTEC IT                 5 hours
• Wednesday:       09:00 – 16:00      Level 3 BTEC IT                 5 hours
• Thursday:           09:00 – 16:00      Level 3 BTEC IT                 5 hours
• Friday:                 09:00 – 16:00      Level 2 Games Design     5 hours

Candidates should have a Level 6 qualification and experience in a relevant discipline; have a teaching qualification; be IT Literate to Level 4; have a level 2 qualifications in both Maths and English (GCSE or equivalent) and be able to deliver to the Levels outlined above.
