To carry out a full range of teaching duties and administration associated with the delivery and management of learning programmes as appropriate.

This is a temporary position based in Newtown and is for approximately 14 paid teaching hours per week, the timetable is as follows, there is some flexibility, and this could be reviewed if necessary:

• Monday               5 hours                9am – 12 / 1 – 3pm

• Tuesday               5 hours                11am – 12 / 1 -5pm

• Wednesday        1.5 hours              11.15am -12.45pm

• Thursday             1.5 hours             12.45pm -14.15pm

• Friday                   1 hour                  1pm -2pm

Candidates should hold a teaching qualification; along with a level 6 qualification (degree or equivalent) in the subject area and have relevant experience. Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English are also required (GCSE or equivalent) and with the impact the digital world is having on teaching and learning candidates will also need to be IT literate to at least level 2.
